So, we are offering a variety of classes held in our Energy Room!!
Moira offers Reiki attunements in the energy room. Classes available are for Reiki I, II and III.
Becoming attuned is truly an incredible opportunity for self-transformation and growth.
Kelli Offers Yin Yoga classes in the Energy Room every Saturday at 9AM
A perfect way to stretch, lengthen those rarely used muscles and get the benefit of the EESystem!

The second Thursday of each month, we are offering a Reiki Share for Cancer patients. This is FREE and held in the energy room. A Reiki Share is when more than one practitioner works on you at the same time. Reiki Masters - Kelli, Johnny and Moira will work on each person for 10-15min.
You will first be led in a guided meditation. Then we will being the reiki. When not being worked on, you will be meditating or even sleeping while enjoying all the benefits of the EEsystem. Reiki can be used to encourage healing as well as provide stress relief. The EESystem helps the body do what it is meant to do and that is heal itself.
Sourdough Workshop back by popular demand!
Taught by Carmen Maxwell, a plant-based health coach. You’ll get a TASTE of The Energy Enhancement System while Carmen walks you through a 20 min. LOVE YOUR GUTS eduction. Then you’ll move out into the main room to make your own bread!
