Lex Brossart
Lex’s journey into manual therapy started when becoming a Rocket Ashtanga Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master Teacher. After working as a medical assistant for three years, Lex decided to become a LMT and pursue providing healing full time.
Lex offers Relaxation, Therapeutic, and Medical Massage. Relaxation is lighter touch focused on stress relief with more sedative strokes. Therapeutic is a medium base blending medical stretch techniques with relaxation. Medical is a deep tissue focused treatment and typically concentrates on 2-3 sections the entire session.
