For the last 30 years, Sally has explored a variety of practices and trainings in the area of holistic health, well being and several modalities of vibrational healing. She has experienced many different practices that have helped her to discover and remember the universal truth that we are all one and that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience. It's all about growth and learning, shedding the veils that block our true vision ( both outer and inner) and ending the trance that keeps us from discovering our true nature and deep connection to others.

Heather Engler
Heather Engler is a Certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, and is currently studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming. After 40+ years of doing the work in talk therapy, reading every book she could get her hands on, and talking endlessly about the dysregulation she had felt for so long, she finally found somatic breathwork, which was a game changer! It was the missing puzzle piece. Somatic breathwork bypasses the thinking mind and directly accesses the body’s stored emotions, traumas, and energetic blockages.
